Apple tastes like soda or alcohol. Why is that?

apple carbonic-acid alcohol

Apples taste like carbonated drinks.

The apples themselves look fresh, but they have a pungent carbonated taste and a slightly fermented alcohol taste.

Can I eat this?

It was delicious because it was well stored in the refrigerator, but the new apples I tried today taste the same no matter how many apples I ate.

Isn't it because it's been a while?
I think it might be because the old ones are mixed together

I don't think it's old, but everything I've tried is fresh
It only tastes like carbonated drinks
And I don't think everything will change at once

Did you leave it with dry ice?
Carbon dioxide comes out of dry ice, so it can taste like carbonation

I use dry ice when I make carbonated fruits
Maybe it's because you put dry ice in the refrigerator with it
