Is it effective to exercise even if I turn on the air conditioner when I work out?

exercise

I don't turn on the air conditioner at the gym.

I heard that if it's cool, you won't sweat, so the exercise effect decreases.

Is it really like that?

I think it's just energy consumption because it moves.

There will be less waste emitted by sweat, but I don't think there will be much difference in the exercise effect.

In the case of anaerobic exercise, the muscles are trained through exercise, so I don't think it has anything to do with temperature.

For some reason, it seems like it's not effective to exercise in cold areas

It is said that sweat caused by the heat is different from sweat caused by using energy through exercise.
There won't be a difference in effect.

As long as you're moving, I think it'll work out somehow.
