If you're having a hard time running, you can walk, but you have to walk fast
Whether you walk or run, it's good if you do it for more than 40 minutes
Walking is definitely good.
1. No hunger
2. Can do it for a long time
Instead, from experience,
1. Walk for at least an hour and a half (feels like I'm exercising after an hour)
2. You have to walk fast to get exercise effect. (You can't run when you're in a hurry, but you have to hurry to get exercise!)
3. You have to do it consistently.
If you do it continuously for more than 10 days, it will be effective
You can't tell I've done it for a few days
