I'm not saying it's the top 3 sports for a reason I can replace it with something else, but there's nothing like a bench for chest exercises
If your shoulder hurts, I don't think you know how to lift the weight
Try to get into position while working out your chest and bench yourself
Use a dumbbell or a tool to lighten the weight When you get used to it, move on to the bench
