The plastic part of the umbrella handle I'm using melts and is sticky.
It doesn't melt even if I wipe it with a detergent, but it just rubs off like caramel, so it won't wash off.
Is there a good way?

It's called an alcohol swab. You can wipe it with an alcohol cotton pad
It's because the urethane melted
If you use more than 80% ethyl alcohol, you can make it very clean
The wet tissue is also weak in concentration, but it's isopropyl alcohol, so it seems to work a little bit
