I can't see it in the startup program in Windows, where can I check what's starting?

If you press the window key + r, the Run window appears.
Type msconfig here to open a window.
There's a starting program there, so you can look it up there.
It can be run as a service, not necessarily as a startup program.
You have to be familiar with the computer.
If you're curious, it's better to search for it.
