I didn't eat breakfast, ate apples, and ate regular food for lunch, but I reduced the amount of rice. I eat all kinds of side dishes! I had chicken breast and nuts for dinner. When I want to snack, I ate konjac jelly or soy milk instead of snacks or drinks, and I lost 7kg a month. I reduced the amount of rice, so I can't eat it even if I want to eat a lot.
