1. Put your feet on the floor while lying down
2. Put your legs in a shape of 11 but don't narrow when your hips go up and down
3. Put your arms comfortably next to your pelvis and don't strain your arms or shoulders
5. Breathe out and sphincter...? Raise it with strength nearby (not with your back!)
6. Lower it in the order of your chest, spine, and tailbone in the opposite breath
7. Repeat 10 times and raise your pelvis more at the end and maintain it for 10 seconds!
