Hello.
I am currently preparing to change jobs as an experienced worker.
As far as I know, when you change jobs, a new company asks you about your salary from your previous company.
I thought I might ask you to submit some documents so that I can't speak completely ghastly.
I think it will be based on the withholding receipt.
Then the withholding tax would be last year's salary, and then the annual salary would be lower.
But is it right to make it a new salary this year?
Or is it right to base it on last year's withholding tax that can be based on documents?
I was wondering what kind of salary the salary is based on when you change jobs.
