Why is the tax that you take off when you get a similar annual salary different?

annual-income tax

I showed the salary statement with my close co-worker.

I saw that he took more taxes even though they had the same salary.

I like it, but is there a reason why the tax is different?

Aren't you supposed to take tax by measuring the ratio from the original income?

Isn't it because the additional allowance has changed instead of the basic salary?

Based on how much tax you paid in the past, you can take a lot of tax in advance or less
I'll calculate it again later when I settle the year-end tax
