Why is the tax that you take off when you get a similar annual salary different?

I showed the salary statement with my close co-worker.

I saw that he took more taxes even though they had the same salary.

I like it, but is there a reason why the tax is different?

Aren't you supposed to take tax by measuring the ratio from the original income?
