Put a cushion between your legs and hold it tightly with your thighs like riding a horse. Your thighs will lose weight. Also, I recommend climbing stairs in an apartment that's good for both cardio and muscle strength. Go up 100 floors before you go to bedI have a great sense of accomplishment. If you don't want to be bored, climbing the mountain is fun~~
