I'm curious if vegetarian people eat protein.
Can I eat protein just by eating vegetables?
Or do you sometimes eat meat even if you only eat vegetarian food? p>

I'm currently a vegetarian.
A lot of people are confused, but they think vegetables don't have protein.
In terms of proportion, protein is rather higher in vegetables.
Meat has a very high percentage of fat.
Chicken breasts, which are mainly eaten with protein, also have a high percentage of fat.
I don't eat a lot of tofu. I just eat it if I want to.
You can eat enough protein with just vegetables.
