So it can look big for a bit, but later on, you lose weight
Rather than losing leg fat, you can think of it as a whole

You need some tips when you do squats. Don't use your thighs too much. It's good to spread out your abs and hip muscles

I need to use my butt, but if I use my thighs, I get front thighs and I become like a guy who works out But this is really hard It's hard to work out, but if you force yourself to use your thighs, it's hard. If you have thick legs, it gets thicker That's what I'm saying
