Where can I get pure curry?

When I tried Indian curry, it tasted completely different from the taste of 3-minute curry.
So I was curious, and when I saw that it was in the back of the curry for 3 minutes, there were a lot of things besides curry.
I want to buy pure curry because I want to know how it tastes. Where can I get pure curry?

But it's bitter and strong, so it's probably not the same as you think it is
