According to the regulations on cars subject to exemption from environmental improvement charges, it is as follows.

Chapter II Exemption from Environmental Improvement Charges
Article 4 (Exemption from low-pollution vehicles, etc.)
The environmental improvement charges shall be exempted for "low-pollution vehicles" under subparagraph 1 of Article 2 and "Euro 5 diesel vehicles" under subparagraph 5 of Article 6 of the same Article.
