How do I install SSDs in my laptop?

I heard that SSD is good for laptops, so I bought SSD.

How do I install it to actually use it?

Remove the hard disk from your existing laptop.
Then insert ssd.
Then format ssd and install the window.

If you don't know much about computers, I'm sure you'll have a hard time installing windows.
If you have someone around you who knows how to use a computer, you'd better ask them.
