Is the data initialized when the iPhone battery is replaced?

I'd like to replace the iPhone battery, can the data inside be fully initialized?

I usually don't have to unplug the battery at all, so the power supply will continue.

If I unplug it completely, the power supply will not be able to be supplied, so data will be lost or initialized.
