Does iPhone 6s battery efficiency usually drop to this level?

It hasn't been a year since iPhone 6s battery was replaced.

I checked today and it came out at 83%.

 

Battery Is the efficiency originally this low?

Or is it because it's iPhone 6s?

 

I'm not sure if I should exchange the battery for KRW 34000.
