How is the fruit of Aronia delicious?

I heard that the fruit of Aronia is good, so I bought it raw and tried it.

It doesn't taste very good.

If you eat it raw, it's not easy to eat it because it's bitter kk
If you leave it in the freezer for about a month and ferment it, the astringency disappears to a certain extent.
Then there's no reason to buy raw Aronia.
