I got the HDMI cable this time and inserted it instead of the existing DVI cable. There was nothing wrong when I used DVI, but it blinks a lot when I put it on

What's the problem?

I thought it was more than HDMI cable, so I connected it to the TV and game console and used it, and it worked well, so I don't think it's more than cable
