Where can I download Windows 10 RS5?

I went to the MS homepage to install Windows 10 RS5, and

I tried to install it here.

so I searched for RS

Windows 10 October 2018 Update Available Now

I think it should come out like this.

I think I only see the old version on my PC, where can I download the latest RS5?

As far as I know, the rs5 version was discontinued due to a problem
