I was told to get about 30 minutes of sunlight to produce vitamin D. Is it possible to stay indoors?
I thought it would be enough because sunlight comes in indoors.

As far as I know, UV rays that produce vitamin D cannot pass through the window
Vitamin D is produced by UV-B in ultraviolet rays, but UV-B does not pass through glass
So it's meaningless to get sunlight indoors
I know that 30 minutes is based on short sleeves and shorts
It's a lot longer than normal clothes
Plus, I put sunscreen on my face
