How should I exchange money in Taiwan?

I'm planning to travel to Taiwan. I was wondering how to exchange money. I looked it up and found out that there is a way for Korean banks to exchange won directly into Taiwan dollars.

Or do you recommend changing dollars from Taiwan to Taiwan dollars?

If you have a better method, please recommend it
