How much noise is there in the officetel?

I'm currently living in a goshiwon, and I'm worried that I can hear the sound from the next room more than anything else. It's been about a month since I produced it, but I'm thinking of moving it to an officetel even if it's a little too much.

How much noise is the officetel?

I think it'll be better than Gosiwon, but is it enough not to care about the noise?
