How do I calculate the baggage limit if I book a flight ticket for two people at the same time?

When I bought the flight ticket, I made a reservation with my friend at the same time.

I saw that the baggage limit is free up to 20 kilograms.

Is this calculated per reservation?

Or do I pay per person?

If it's per person, is it okay to set the removal to 15kg and my friend's is 25kg and add up to 40kg?

It's per person. We don't add up, we pay separately.
