I've been thinking about Maldives, Seychelles, and Mauritius, but I think Mauritius is the cheapest.
Is there a direct flight to Mauritius?And is it possible to talk in English?

There is no direct flight, but as far as I know, it is possible via Dubai.
Everyone is good at English.
It is possible via Dubai and Hong Kong. I remember that Hong Kong was cheaper. You can talk in English and French.
