I'm learning Pilates
I keep telling you to imprint, but I don't know what you want me to do.
I'm not sure if imprinting is correct.
Imprinting? Inprinting? Imprinting? It's kind of hard to ask in this similar pronunciation.
It's hard to ask because it makes you feel angry and makes you exercise.
Does anyone know exactly what it means?

The word is imprinting
It's called Imprinting or ABprint
It's a posture where you can't hear your waist when you're lying down
The reason why this is important is because when you do ab exercises, like lying down and lifting your legs,
If you lift your back from the floor, your abs won't be strong and it might hurt your back
So use your strength and think of your waist as sticking to the floor
To add to the explanation, when you exhale, put strength on your abs, lower your ribs, and put your hips forward
