I don't know how to exercise except for P.E. class in school, so I don't know how to exercise systematically, more effective way, or exercise theory? I want to know that, so I'm thinking about learning PT.
PT commercials usually do this 10 times.
Is it enough to get 10 times for this purpose?
Or how much should I do?

You'll only be able to learn simple exercises in 10 episodes. But what's okay with this is that there are only a few important exercises, and the rest are applications, so I think that's enough to learn.
I need to know how to make an exercise routine so that I can exercise alone later. I think 10 episodes would be too much to learn that much. I think I'll get the hang of it if I get at least 30 times.
