I really want to eat spaghetti.

Just I thought spaghetti would be too high in calories because it would be swept away.

Is there anything else I can use instead of spaghetti noodles for dieting?

Even if it's spaghetti, the seasoning is so high in calories that it doesn't mean much. I think it'd be better to eat what you want to eat and work out.
