I can't feel it if it's a small program.
You can feel it when you put up large programs or many programs at once.
These programs put a lot of programs on memory at once
If memory is low, a portion of the hard disk will be written to memory.
The hard disk is very slow compared to memory, so the PC stumbles.
So I'm talking about memory expansion rather than CPU or hard disk for a pleasant PC environment.
