Which transportation card should I use in Tokyo, Suica or Pasmo?

I'm planning to travel to Tokyo

I looked up the transportation card types and found Suica and Pasmo.

Which one do you like better?

I'm curious about the difference.

Is there a limit to riding more?

I recommend more Pasmo for travel
Pasmo doesn't charge a fee when you get a refund
