I feel bloated when I eat flour noodles, so I can't digest well.
Flour is a vegetable, so there seems to be no reason for indigestion.
What's the reason?

The reason why I can't digest well when I eat flour noodles is because of the gluten content in flour.
This gluten is hard to digest.
There are not many in Korea, but in the case of the West, there are many people with gluten intolerance who lack gluten-digesting enzymes, so some people only eat gluten-free flour.
Flour noodles usually use gravitational flour among flour types.
(Strong ingredients > Gravity ingredients > Soft ingredients are high.)
Due to this gluten component, digestion is often difficult.
