Is it good to go near my house when I choose a gym? Would it be good to be near the company?

I'm trying to quit the gym to work out consistently, but there are cheap advantages near the company, but it's hard to do on weekends and even in the morningIt's nice to be able to go and take a shower without any burden even at night.

Which one would be better?
