Why can't I type Korean in Starcraft?

Until yesterday, I typed Korean well on Star Battlenet.

Today, I installed Windows 10 clean with Redstone 3 and installed a new star.

When I enter Battlenet, I can't enter Korean .

I can't press the Korean key, and A/p will just appear as an x mark.

Is there a solution?

I installed Windows 10 rs3 and installed a new one, but it didn't work, so I'm going to change the one that has a bug according to the latest Windows 10
