At first, I ran, walked, did plank, and changed this and that every day.

It's so hard to do every day because I'm tired of it

If you focus on weight training, you can do it two to three times a week

If it's cardio, I have to do it every day
If it's anaerobic exercise, you can take a day off and do it 2-3 times a week
If you're too lazy to work out, try doing anaerobic exercises
