It's a seborrheic scalp. What shampoo should I use?

seborrheic-scalp shampoo beauty beauty recommendation

It's a seborrheic scalp

So it's itchy, but it hurts a lot if I scratch it wrong because of a pimple

I heard it could be because of shampoo, so I'd like to change my shampoo. What should I use?

I need to check the shampoo ingredients
If there's a shampoo that has the ingredients below, avoid it
Silicone, sulfate, Cocobetaine
If you want to recommend a product, I recommend Aromatica
Aromatica is a bit expensive, so if you feel pressured, there's Cocobetaine in it, but if you want to recommend something else, there's a shampoo from Nature Republic
I recommend this

Aromatica rosemary. I recommend it, too

If you use conditioner or treatment, it's not good for getting bored
It's good to hang up on that, too
If you wash it with vinegar instead of rinse, it's good for softening your hair

IHUB sells J.R. Liggett's, Old Fashion Shampoo Bar, Tea Tree & Hamp Oil
I used this and it worked

I had a hard time because of my scalp
The best way I've ever used it was to wash it with hand-made soap
It's more effective than expensive shampoo
