What is the difference between a tablet PC and a laptop?

Tablet PCs use screen touch, so basically they don't have a keyboard.
And in terms of performance, a laptop can be used as a substitute for a PC because it is close to a PC, but a tablet PC has low performance, so you can work on the Internet or a simple PC.

The Windows on the tablet PC is a lightweight version of Windows, Windows RT.
It's a much lighter window than normal Windows 10.
So usually, Android is installed with Windows RT.
If you want to use a PC together, it's too much for a tablet PC.
You'd better use a laptop.
It's not that. Tablet PC is good to carry around and surf the web lightly, search, and write simple documents.
