I'd like to do back exercises since I've been sitting on a chair for a long time
Squats are good. Not good for sit-ups I've heard this much.
Is there a book that explains good back exercises or principles?
Even if it is not a waist-specialized book, it may be a book with a good explanation for some of the contents of the health book.
If you know any good books, please introduce them~

There's a book called "100 Years Waist."
Maybe it was published in 2016 or so, but I strongly recommend this book.
I want to recommend a 100-year-old waist book
It's written by a back rehabilitation specialist, and you can find out what you're curious about, how to exercise, and so on
