I'm one person who is interested in real estate and is looking around.
I looked for an apartment and found a cheap way to buy an apartment called Local Housing Association Apartment.
If you explain what this is, you can get a sense of it roughly, but I'm curious if it's good or not.
Is there anyone who knows this side well?
You can explain it briefly or share it if you have a organized site.

Local housing association apartments are not cheap at all.
It only looks like that at first.
It's never cheap because you don't know how much additional contributions will go in, not the end of the initial funding.
It's better not to look at the local housing association at all.
Not only is it not going well, but we don't know when it's going to be completed, and we continue to spend money.
It's worth reading the articles in the real estate forum on Bbomboo's side.
After you read it, you'll know why not.
