Isn't the data unlimited when LTE T uses gating45?

LTE T uses gating45 and I received the following text message.

LTE Sitting45-Basic Data are 50% exhausted, 766.0MB is available.

I originally knew there was unlimited data, isn't it unlimited?

There's no limit to the number of calls between SKT users
There's no limit to words, although there's a limit of 300 minutes a day.
300 minutes is 5 hours, so there's no one who uses it that well

It is a rate system that reduces 50% of the exhausted data from 16:00 to 1:00 the next day.
It's not unlimited lol
