Motor speed can be adjusted when using an inverter motor.
You can just turn off and turn on the normal air conditioner motor.
So if you lower the temperature a little bit, turn the motor at a low speed to cool it down.
It can't be lowered slightly with a normal air conditioner motor, so it's lowered briefly due to strong winds.
So the inverter system consumes less electricity.
