Can I change my Kakao Talk login account email?

I'd like to change it to a different email than the one I'm using now.

I don't want to do this because if I sign up for a new one, the conversation that has been saved so far will disappear.

As far as I know, it is possible if you delete the existing email account that you used to log in to Kakao Talk.
I can't just do it.
I need to contact the customer service center and ask them to change it.
