I don't know exactly what the energy consumption efficiency rating is.
For example, if you have a 100w grade 1 and a 50w grade 5, which of the two products uses less electricity ?

It's right to look at it in watts.
So, if you use the same time, you use 100w more.
The energy consumption efficiency rating is the difference between how little and how much you used in the same product line.
If it's 100w grade 1, other products in the same product line use 200w and 300w, so we decide it's grade 1.
