I was wondering if organic bananas have any pesticides.
Even if I raise it without pesticides, I'll be transporting it by ship for a long time when I import and bring it in, so I was wondering if I could not use it during that time.
Even if you search for it, it is said that it is raised safely without pesticides, but there is no mention of whether drugs such as pesticides are processed in the import process.

I was curious, so I looked it up before, and there was really no information about it
The government will be in charge of quarantine, but I think it's because there's no standard yet to check whether it's organic or not
As far as I know, the ship has good refrigerator facilities, so I think I can bring it in.
I think it's a part of the ship, not the entire ship, given that it's still ethylene or chemicals.
If it's organic banana, I think it'll come into the ship with refrigerator.
If you look at the blog post below, it seems that imported organic bananas are also treated with drugs.
I don't think I need to eat organic bananas.

Rep. Kim Hak-yong of the Grand National Party, a member of the National Assembly's Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Committee, raised an issue at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries' parliamentary audit, asking if he knew methylburoimide was detected in imported organic bananas.
According to Rep. Kim's office, there is a strong suspicion that organic products are distributed in Korea after receiving organic certification from the production area and being treated with methylburoimide during the quarantine process.
In addition, it was found that organic fruits were treated with methylburoimide during the quarantine process.
When quarantining imported fruits, the Korea Food Quarantine Service disinfects them with cyananatium or methylburoimide if pests are found without distinguishing between general and organic fruits.
An official from the Korea Food Quarantine Service said, "If pests come out in the quarantine test of imported fruits, you can choose to disinfect either cyananatium or methylburoimide," and explained, "We do not quarantine and disinfect non-organic fruits in the quarantine test of imported fruits."
He added, "If organic fruits are treated with methyl bromide, organic labeling should be deleted."
On the other hand, there is an opinion that expensive organic fruits can be distributed organically even after methylburoimide treatment.
"If there is a bug during the quarantine process, it is quarantined with organic or regular fruits or metal bromides, and the importer arbitrarily distributes or sells them," an official at Rep. Kim's office said. "We have never seen fruits sold with such stickers."
He added, "There is no provision that requires stickers to be attached that contain pesticide ingredients during quarantine treatment."
