I'm using a Samsung laptop, but there's a problem with heating and fan noise

I have a problem with heating and fan noise when I use a Samsung laptop.

The internet is usually fine, but the fan noise gets really loud when I watch games or videos.

And it's hot when I play games.

Is there a way to solve this?
