Some say that electricity is a progressive tax in a studio apartment, and others say that it is not, so I don't know exactly which is right.
Is the electricity bill progressive in a studio apartment? No?

It depends on how your house is registered.
If it's registered for residential use, there's a progressive tax.
It's not a progressive tax if it's registered for commercial use.
In addition to the top story...
In the case of studio apartments, the landlord registers them for residential or commercial use.
If you got a fixed date while moving in on a jeonse basis, it would be for residential use.
If it didn't, it's commercial.
