When I turn on the computer, a blue screen pops up.
I'd like to back up and take out the documents, movies, and music that are in this hard disk.
Can I take it out?
What should I do if possible?

See if it goes into safe mode first.
You can search for how to enter the safe mode.
If you can enter the safe mode, you can connect usb and copy the data to the other side.
It's because there's something wrong with the window.
There is nothing wrong with the hard disk, so you can access the data inside by hard connecting to any other computer.
