How do I back up and take out the data on the hard disk with the blue screen?

See if it goes into safe mode first.
You can search for how to enter the safe mode.
If you can enter the safe mode, you can connect usb and copy the data to the other side.

There is nothing wrong with the hard disk, so you can access the data inside by hard connecting to any other computer.
