If I buy a used cell phone, should I consider the existing carrier?

I'd like to buy a used cell phone.

Do I have to consider which carrier I was using before when I bought a used one?

For example, the USIM chip now has SKT.

If the used phone was being used as KT, is there a case like this that I can't use and I have to buy the one I used as SKT?

No. Not really.
You can just buy any air-conditioner and plug it in.

If you are using LG as a carrier, you may not be able to apply for iPhone.
If you're using SKT, you can get any air-conditioner and plug in the USIM.

There are some of the aerometers that came out as a phone dedicated to a specific carrier.
If that's not the case, it's possible.
