Do I wear underwear for training shorts from Nike?

I bought training shorts from Nike.

It's kind of hard to say that it's an underwear that looks like a mesh inside the shorts, but I heard it was similar to underwear.

Of course, it's not separated, but it's just attached.

Do you wear underwear for pants like this?

Or should I just wear shorts?

Shorts with mesh inside are rather uncomfortable to wear underwear.

If it's for exercise, you don't have to wear underwear.
Usually, Nike training shorts don't absorb sweat easily, so it's more uncomfortable than cotton underwear.
When that happens, it's comfortable to wear triangular underwear.
