Why is the Xiaomi robot vacuum cleaner not connected to Xiaomi's home app?

I'm going to connect to Xiaomi Robot Cleaner on Xiaomi's home app.

The error keeps coming up and the connection is not working. Does anyone know why?

There are cases where the router wireless settings do not work according to the password method.
You need to set it to WPA during the password setting method.
